1. Returns

  • You can return most products within [10] days of the purchase or delivery date to be eligible for a refund. 

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you 
    • received it.
    • In the original packaging.
    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. 

3. Non-Returnable Items 

  • The following items are not eligible for return:

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • To start a return, please follow these steps:

    • Provide your order number and details.
    • Damaged
    • Damaged parcel on arrival.
    • Please take a photo of the package,  if the package arrives damaged, email for instructions.
    • The parcel and delivery method will be investigated before agreeing to a return, exchange or refund.
